2013 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
& FORUM – REVITALIZING BATS

WHEN: Wednesday 27th March 2013

TIME: 6.30pm sharp- 7.30pm

VENUE: BATS Clubroom
To be immediately followed by the Forum

* All current members of the Committee shall retire from office, and are eligible for re-election.
* BATS Theatre Company Inc. is looking for nominations for the following positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Committee Members.
* We would very much welcome some new people to the committee with fresh ideas and energy.
* We would also love to have on board a Publicity Officer, Membership Secretary, Grants Officer, Sponsorship Officer and someone to produce our newsletters.

In order to be eligible to nominate, you need to be a financial member for 2013 and your membership passed for acceptance at a special committee meeting, which will be held on Wednesday 13th March 2013.

Nominations must be received by close of business 14 days prior to the A.G.M., in this case being Wednesday 13th March 2013. Forms can be posted to: The Secretary, BATS Theatre Co. Inc. P.O. Box 223, Buderim. 4556.

  • Meetings will be held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm
  • All positions are up for grabs, so please give it some thought. If you would like more information on any of the positions, please phone Susie on 54 444 263.
  • All nominees must be financial members approved by the committee, as must their nominators.
